Rosseti shareholders decide against dividends for 2022
MOSCOW, Jun 30 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian state power grid holding Rosseti have approved paying no dividends for 2022, the company said in a statement on Friday.
The company previously paid no final dividends for 2021.
The company did not publish a financial report for 2022 calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
According to the website of Rosserti, the Federal State Property Management Agency owns 75% in the company, minority shareholders own a total of 18%, the treasury stake amounts to 6%, and the quasi-treasury stake owned by FSK Upravleniye Aktivami (FGC Asset Management) stands at about 1%.
